Woven Dyeing Raw Materials

Raw material is a unique substance in any production oriented textile industry. It plays a vital role in continuous production & for high quality fabric. For the production of Fabrics there are several types of raw materials as-
  • Yarn (warp & weft)
  • Dyestuff
  • Size materials
  • Chemicals & auxiliaries

Yarn (warp & weft):
Most of the yarn Supplied  from different spinning mills.

Dye stuff:
In the present invention, all vat dyes may be used individually or in combination with other dyes in a continuous process for production of yarn or fabric with ring effect dyeing. Vat dyes are introduced to a treatment unit comprised of at least one reaction unit where the reducing agent is added to a mixture comprising a dye composition, caustic soda and/or other components or additives known in the art of textile dyeing. The dye concentration in the reaction unit is lower than feeding dye concentration so that dye precipitation does not occur, but significantly higher than the circulating dye concentration so that the dye is reduced efficiently. Although the preferred location for the reaction unit is before the circulation line, any location before the dipdye tank is within the scope of the present. Hamid Fabrics Limited is using the following dye stuffs.
  • Vat Dyes
  • Reactive Dyes
  • Sulphur Dyes
  • Pigments Dyes

Chemicals & auxiliaries:
Different types of chemicals & auxiliaries are needed for yarn sizing & Fabrics dyeing. In Hamid Fabrics Limited following chemicals & auxiliaries are used:
  • Hydrose
  • Sodium silicate
  • Caustic Soda
  • Sodium Sulphate ( G. Salt)
  • Acetic Acid
  • Setamol WS
  • Urea
  • Oxalic Acid
  • Soda Ash
  • Sodium Hydrosulphite
  • Siligen
  • Uvitex
  • Albaflow PAD
  • Thermocal MP
Etc
